1. About Our Services

InfluencersMedia is an influencer marketing agency specialized in YouTube promotions. We help brands plan, run and measure influencer campaigns, and we work with YouTube creators to connect them with relevant brand partnership opportunities. Specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract.

2. Use of Our Website

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Content on this website (including text, graphics and logos) is owned by or licensed to InfluencersMedia and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• We may update or change content on the website at any time without notice.

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our Contact Us form does not create a binding agreement between you and InfluencersMedia. Any campaign engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate proposal, statement of work or contract outlining scope, fees and timelines.

4. Campaign Engagements

• Brands and creators we work with agree to provide accurate information necessary to plan and run a campaign.
• Content created as part of a campaign must comply with YouTube's policies, applicable advertising standards and disclosure requirements (such as labelling sponsored content).
• Payment terms, usage rights and exclusivity are defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to deliver effective campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific results such as view counts, engagement rates or sales, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, InfluencersMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

6. YouTube API Services

Our internal influencer management platform uses YouTube API Services to access publicly available YouTube channel and video data (such as channel names, descriptions, thumbnails, and public subscriber/view/video statistics) for the purposes of creator discovery, relationship management and campaign reporting. By using our website or services you acknowledge and agree that:

• This use of data is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, in addition to our own Privacy Policy.
• We refresh the channel statistics we store at least as often as YouTube requires (no less than every 30 days, and in practice daily), so the figures we report stay consistent with what YouTube currently publishes. We never alter or misrepresent metrics supplied by YouTube's API.
• We retain YouTube API data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and will delete a creator's stored channel data within 30 days of a verified deletion request or loss of authorization.
• We do not use YouTube API data to serve advertising, build advertising profiles, or sell or transfer it to data brokers or other third parties.
• Where our tools display YouTube content or statistics, we provide attribution in line with the YouTube Developer Policies and YouTube Branding Guidelines.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve YouTube and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and policies, which we encourage you to review.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page along with a revised "last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
